In the aim to setup all web applications to listen on HTTPS by default, and disable the plain HTTP port where possible, we need to:

Have guide on how to import a self-signed cert somewhere central to link from individual software docs
Have a little info about the browser warning of snakeoil/self-signed certs
An info about how to re-enable plain HTTP if needed
