Actually that is stated below the PiVPN section within the WireGuard section, which is our dedicated WireGuard implementation, which indeed creates /etc/wireguard/wg0-client.conf. I always though that the sections are not separated strong enough, also as logos/images are so much stronger compared to the headers, and there is no horizontal line or so. Probably this was your issues as well. And of course PiVPN ships both, OpenVPN and WireGuard as well, so probably reordering it so that PiVPN is last at the page, below the dedicated WireGuard, is better.
That info about which files PiVPN creates is actually useful as well. I mean AFAIR it prints all info pretty clear to console, but a list/overview of PiVPN files may still be interesting.
On this page https://dietpi.com/docs/software/vpn/ under PiVPN, it says it creates a config file for WireGuard here
/etc/wireguard/wg0-client.conf
After a fresh install of DietPi 7.5 and PiVPN the config file was here
/etc/wireguard/wg0conf
