[Bug] Unable to open link of user avatars?

So I used to have something that would copy user avatars (I am using that feature for a lil project I am working on in my server) but I seem to no longer have, forgot what the plugin was that did it. Anyways, on my search for a replacement I picked up AvatarIconViewer and.. well it's just plain and simple not working at all. I have no option to open the link to the avatar, I know the plugin itself is working because it works for server icons.. just not user ones.
