Allow excluding folders from configuration. #17

Now it is possible to include folders from configuration. The only missing point is excluding them. Excluding files or folders implies:

  • Stop relying on .gitignore
  • Change the way we copy the files to always exclude folder or files we don't want. Should we use rsync?
