[Bug]: When locking screen after fresh install the network icons do not load

Describe the bug

It doesn't always happen but when you first run the app and then you goto settings then click on lock at the bottom. Unlock it once again and you should be on the home screen and the network icons won't load. This isn't the case for the app when running with PORTFOLIO_VIEW. Behavior seems to go away after extended use, even after locking the device and unlocking

Expected behavior

The network icons should always load

Steps to reproduce

1. Fresh install of app (development)
2. Observe the the network icons for token list item and the network switcher load as normal
3. Lock screen
4. Unlock screen
5. Observe that the network avatar icons do not load, they eventually fallback to placeholder icons
