T.F.C. § 6 section 21

1. A furry is defined as an individual who identifies as a furry
2. All furries are cute.
   1. A furry who is a pedophile, zoophile, or a criminal is not cute.
   2. Denying cuteness is subject to a fine of $350.
   3. Repeated cuteness denial is punishable by cutie prison.
