101301 when using most of the Italian's credit card for the payin #627

We noticed several times on our projects that different italian banks do not allow the payment because error 101301 is encountered.

It happens mostly with Fineco bank. Is there a way to solve this issue?

Italian here :-)
we have the same issue from over 1yr and support don't help us...
have you find any walkaround?
