How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Import test automate domain and test service dialog

  2. Create a simple catalog item and add Reconfigure Entry Point.

  3. Order the service

  4. Login some user in the self-service portal

  5. Go to My Services

  6. Select service that needs to reconfigure

  7. Click Configuration -> Reconfigure

  8. Enter value in 'Bug or Case ID' field
    Actual results:
    Both fields (Limit and vm_name_playbook) are not updating when entered value in 'Bug or Case ID' field.

Expected results:
Both Fields must read value from a 'Bug or Case ID' dialog element

Additional info:
It works fine on CloudForms operational portal
