 This document should be used to do necessary corrections and therefore proofreading. Why do we need to correct the psalm texts?
 
The breviary has different punctuation than the antiphonale, whose punctuation is more sparse and therefore better for singing, as punctuation is by and large ignored in the chanting of the psalms. (This is particularly noticeable in the singing as historically taught by the abbeys of Solesmes, Fontgombault, and so on, and by their associates.) So the extra commas and such need to be removed and some punctuation marks changed.

 The position of the flex in some psalms changed between the publication of the 1934 editions of the \textit{Liber Usualis,} both the 800 with French rubrics and the 780 with Latin ones as well as the corresponding 801, with English rubrics, which are somewhat ubiquitous among those singing from used editions, and the file available as a scan from the \textsc{cmaa}. This will possibly need to be rectified in both the gabc file and in the tex file.

 Make sure that the flex is correct. \verb|87-5.gabc| (renamed to \verb|87_5.gabc|) as downloaded had the flex on Ti, \verb|g| in gabc, but it needs to be on \verb|f|. Modes 1, 4, 6, and 7 have a flex on a major second; modes 2, 3, 5, and 8 have a flex on a minor third to avoid a minor second.

 As mentioned in the overall style guide, \textit{Flex} needs to become \textit{Flexa}. This is still followed by a colon, and we add the appropriate number of forward slashes added for spaces, lest the word run into the previous one.

\texttt{ctrl+F} is your friend! It might be worth creating a macro just for spacing (to replace \verb|\hspace*| in particular…) TBD. The non-semantic version could be used for the most finicky cases that require a bigger value for some reason.

For psalms sung with tone 4 A* or 8 G*, the convention today is to sing the alternate ending on each verse; this is not given as an EUOUAE ending for antiphons in any edition, and Solesmes did not encourage the practice (doing it only at the doxology, e.g. in Dom Suñol's book). We should add the additional note to form the punctum (always in the form \texttt{fg..} or whatever the notes are — the dots must both follow the last note of the podatus).

This is therefore a deliberate choice in deviating from the historcal examples of printed books.

There is no reason to not let the environments and packages for numbered lists (namely the \verb|enumerate| environment and the \verb|enumitem| package) do their thing, and in fact, the problem of spacing after periods was exacerbated by manually inserting numbers (which is also a waste of time).
