Multiple planners?

In the Autonomous Navigation demo, there is a move_base node and 4 ROS/Plugins. One of them is the Local planner.
How can I change the flow from a planner A and to a planner B (different parameters) during runtime?

The simplest solution is to use the parameter server and change the parameters dynamically while the system is running.
