Add description of "recommended" parameter in definition.json

Although documentation denotes an example, and official object templates contain the parameter "recommended" as well, the documentation doesn't describe it, leaving doubts to administrators.

Request: Kindly extend the documentation by proper description of its meaning and impact in use.
