Created new Port (P) and Waterfront Upland (WU) districts in Airtable. Spatial data needs to be updated in accordance with 20Z4 and 21Z6 (21Z6 has an amendment where all zones listed as BH became BR2).

Updated R1 and R2 densities in the Airtable to reflect Amendments passed 03-08-2021. Updated Chelsea Zoning shapefile to include changes to BR and BR2. Created Port and Waterfront Upland districts in Chelsea Zoning shapefile.

The updated shapefile is located here: K:\DataServices\Datasets\Town_Data\Chelsea\Zoning\Chelsea_Zoning_Mar2021.shp
