Add to HACS

Is there any plans to clean up the repo and add these themes to HACS?
if this is something you are willing to do, I can help by opening up a PR against this and do some of the work

I would like to add this to HACS but I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to this stuff. There are a few things I need to take care of. I need to remove the Cyberpunk card and font from each theme, add the weather icons to a folder, and figure out how to get it all added to HACS so it works with a simple download. I'll need to give credit to the Cyberpunk and Waves themes since I used them to create my themes. I would be very happy to get some assistance :)
