we recently merged #1276

it added CLI options: --save-pipeline-cache, --load-pipeline-cache and --add-new-pipeline-caches.
one aspect that was postponed in the PR is the interop with --pipeline-creation-jobs:

currently when using both options, a warning will be issued and the functionality to load/save pipeline-cache will not work correctly.
