Allow for catalog jars to be able to install into a Hibernate/HSQLDB enki installation

Firewater's catalog plugin currently does not install into LucidDB built with Hibernate/HSQLDB enki.

I thought we had resolved this? Not being able to deploy Firewater into 0.9.4 release might be a blocker for the 0.9.4 release. Kevin, can you give an update on this? Has this actually been resolved?
