It works but can't rename files

It works but can't rename files on windows. the files are like xxx.webm.part... says that other process using it. And the -c and -o flag doesn't work.

If *.part is still present, then it's still downloading the files, and thus would be being used by goscrape. Can you give error logs for why -o and -c don't work? More details would help me help you solve the problem that much easier.
