Mainly just the way that you select who is harvesting is a little janky, especially if you have a lot of player characters in your world (i.e. backups, other groups, etc). Perhaps limit the characters that are able to be selected as the harvesting character to just characters who are currently 'controlled' by players- i.e. in the sidebar, next to the player's names in the player list, characters that appear next to the players in the Square brackets.
That and sometimes I get the 2 different 'share' components buttons confused sometimes, I feel like maybe some revision could be done on the wording of the buttons to make them a bit clearer, but that one is probably just me getting confused rather than an actual design flaw.
Also, and in my opinion, this is the biggest issue I have in terms of running it smoothly, and it should be a very simple fix- once you select the components that are harvestable, once they appear in the right side, they shouldn't be all default to being selected, they should all be de-selected by default, so then you can just click to select what the party chooses, rather than clicking to un-check everything the party doesn't pick to harvest.
Those are my only suggestions for the harvesting side of it. As it is, it works well enough to the point where I feel there should be most of the efforts focused on the crafting rather than the harvesting. The only thing I think needs desperate changing is the final point I made with the de-selected components by default.
