[Feature] adding support for Azure OpenAI and other LLMs, like Local ones :)

This project is pretty cool, but it seems tied to OpenAI, it would be awesome to enable it to use AzureOpenAI as well.

And maybe in a short future, other model providers, ideally starting with locally deployed models.

You mean Geeno (The AI assistant in WebUI)? The StepWise.Core library doesn't tie to any LLM though
