📌 Feature Issue

  • url에 편지를 받을 사람의 userpk를 명시
  • letter에 userpk를 저장하여 DB 관리
  • letter detail은 조회만 필요, 수정 및 삭제 구현 필요 없음

📝 To-do

  • userpk에게 letter 작성
  • userpk의 편지만 조회
  • 상황별 에러 메시지 설정
