No information is presented to screen reader users in the image pop-up. No "Close" button is available.

Ensure that the dialog has at least some information accessible to screen reader users, for example the file name. Provide a "Close" button and ensure the application does not hang.

In process. Close button added. Set alt-text to be labeled by image filename. Removed dpx view using ffplay and instead now convert dpx to jpg for display directly via java app native window.
