Firstly, the "Leftover Biomatter" quest has a hidden dependency on "Automating Debries!" - this one just doesn't make sense. Also, it mentions scrapboxes, but the recycler seems to be missing?
Secondly, the "Fueling the Industry" quest depends on "Creation of the Refining Agent" and "Black Gold". This is impractical because you only really need these for the next quest "Distilling Fear". The distillery itself can also be used for optimized biofuel, which is something players will want to build before getting the refining agent as that takes biofuel itself.
