Describe the bug

Description from Steam

Well it seems that the Tool did something in my Game Files so that the Game got really broken. When i used the Tool to create a NPC IP File the file got broken and i had to use a Backup. And something did the tool changed so that the maxiumum amoumt of Arcade sales were only 3 and that Multi-Platform Games only Sold Bad.

LMH01 added bug pending release pending verification and removed pending release labels
