Inmemory provider uses the domain as an id

The current implementation of the inmemory provider allows creating Zones in memory, and uses a single string value to represent both the dnsName and id of the zone e.g. example.com. This should be updated to use a unique value for the id of every zone being added, and the current value only used for the dnsName of the zone only.
