Events on column resize

Not sure if any active development is still happening on this repo, but it would be really helpful to have events fired when a column is resized. We have also added a truncating mechanism for data in columns that is too long but need to update the mechanism when the column widths are changed. It would be super helpful if this plugin fired an event when columns are resized.
