Add comic source batch management operation. This includes batch adding comic sources, categorizing added comics by language and type (Japanese comic, American comic, etc.), and performing multiple selection batch deletion of added comic sources. thank.

What do you mean by adding and deleting here? New sources can't easily be added, you'll need to implement a parser over in the parsers repo for that.
