Wiser smart bulb setup

I have several wiser(schneider electric) double relays to control lights, blinds, etc.
I was wondering is it possible to override the default the power turn off? I would like the switch to always be on, and then just listen in on actions to control the lighting, so I have the strongest zigbee network.
This could of course be implemented for all wired switches, and if this has been implemented in another switch or could be in wiser, then I am all ears!
