Working with Device RS-485 to Zigbee DRF2659C

I found that one of Z2M supporting device is this rs485 to zigbee device: https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/RS485.html

I bought one from China and can configure it using its configuration software. I can set him to be a router or end device. I also can set its pan id and channel.

My problem is I can't make this device joining my zigbee network which I created using Sonoff ZBDongle-E and zigbee2mqtt. I already matched the pan id and channel and still couldnt make its connected. I also didnt see any debug log when I set the device to search existing zigbee network.

Can you recommend where do I need to start debugging this problem?
