Retain not working

Hi. I have an issue with Retain. I have set Z2M to version 5 and i am trying to set the retain setting. When i set this and move to a new tab and back the retain option is deselected. I am trying to set this as i think this might fix the issue where my Z2M devices show as unknown

I may have this working by adding the retention to the config yaml. It seems to be you set a value via the gui and unless you are super fast to save, it just reverts back to empty. not sure if its a bug or not
