I have a few Sonoff battery-powered zigbee devices and a ZBDongle-E connected to a Raspberry Pi running zigbee2mqtt + mosquitto. After a long (~2 hours) power down (I power down as my electricity company announced a no electricity for 2 hours), I power up. Then activating any zigbee device (e.g. pushing the button of the SNZB-01P) has no effect. I must wait for 1 to 2 hours, then the problem disappears. I can re-create the problem every time I power down for a long period (~2 hours).
Setup:
SNZB-01P runs 2.2.0 (SNZB-03P and SNZB-04P have the same problem)
ZBDongle-E runs 7.4.3
zigbee2mqtt version is 1.39.1
mosquitto version is 2.0.11-1.2+deb12u1
The RPi runs Pi OS 12
