Devices Showing Null State After Restart

I am running Z2M in a docker container in a Debian VirtuaBox image inside Windows. I recently had to restart the PC to update Windows and when Z2M came back up, all of my devices now briefly report their real state and then report "NULL" for all the attributes. I thought maybe this was a problem with the permissions on the folder where my containers data is stored but updating that did not solve the problem. For example, I have a zigbee outlet controlled through Z2M. I can switch it on and off but just after switching it off it first reports "OFF" but then immediately reports "null" for the switch state. Does anyone have any idea why this would have just started, seemingly out of the blue?
