I have a similar problem and according to the screenshots above we are using the very same (cheap) Zigbee device from AliExpress. First of all I would like to understand where I can find devices.yaml. I don't have such a file, but I do have /homeassistant/zigbee2mqtt/configuration.yaml which kind of has the devices in it's own section. The values there seem to reflect what I have set in the UI. But they are not applied to the actual sensor data yet (even after waiting 30 minutes and more; restart of HA etc.). I'm also confused that calibration can be done in the UI in "Details" (with a nice slider), but they don't end up in configuration.yaml, but apparently in state.yaml (same folder), but don't have an effect apparently. Only the ones in "Settings (specific)" end up in configuration.yaml. |

I've initially asked in the HA-Forum, but they told me to better ask here:
https://community.home-assistant.io/t/changing-sensor-calibration-doesnt-have-any-effect/603928
I have two zigbee Temperature devices. I'd tried to calibrate them, but the changes don't take any effect.
Devices: TH02Z & ZTH02
As you see in the image, this device shows 93,53% as it should show 98%.
So I set the humidity_calibration to 5 (93+5=98), but it has no effect at all. Even not after 15 Minutes.
Why does this don’t work. I also tried a fast-refresh of all HA settings, and a reboot of zigbee2mqtt.
