Add new transaction form "jumps" up/down when checking recurring

Describe the bug
When checking the recurring checkbox when adding new transaction, the end date is added next to date, pushing the other elements of the form down, meaning they are no longer in the place they used to be. This can be frustrating.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Transactions
2. Click Add new transaction
3. Check and uncheck Recurring
4. Notice how the end date pushes the rest of the form elements up and down when it appears/reappears.

Expected behavior
The space next to Date is empty, and the end date shows up there, without pushing any other elements around.
