Interpolate All option

Add a toggle to the interpolate button so that all gaps in a track can be filled at once rather than scrolling to the individual gaps to fill in one at a time.

So if you had a box moving from the bottom left to the upper right, hitting this button (or maybe a combination of keyboard buttons) would take all of the frames in between and create a keyframe at the interpolated spot?

I am more talking about when doing annotation editing on previously generated tracks that have lots of gaps.
