GitHub Code Scanning connector should link back to GitHub #391

Currently the only reference back to GitHub is in the Identifier, but it's unclear how to get to the alert inside GitHub.

For example, a code scanning Identifier of
"GitHubCodeScanning 41"
Should be
<REPO_URL>/security/code-scanning/41
