Right now the the credits list item stats for total chests, total items found in other ways, total items altogether, and the number of chests opened in each dungeon. This gives a great overall view of how players did and a specific view into how each dungeon was handled. These stats are fairly useless for giving any sort of indication how the players did on the overworlds though. Adding in stats for Light World and Dark World items collected (either just in the overworld/caves/houses or also including dungeons) would give a better overview of how the player handled searching for items outside the dungeons.
Additionally, since the game considers the Sewers and Hyrule Castle to be different dungeons giving them separate stats for items collected would be a small but nice touch. This is less important and potentially less feasible though.
