Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes, when trying to customize the server's loading screen, I am limited to static images. I would like the ability to display a short video during the loading process to enhance user experience and make the server more engaging. This limitation prevents the use of modern, dynamic content that could significantly improve the aesthetic quality of the loading screens.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like ACSM to support video-based loading screens, allowing server owners to embed short videos (e.g., MP4 or WebM formats) directly into the loading screen HTML. This feature could include options to control video playback, such as auto-play, loop, and mute functionality.
