Replication:

  1. Get into an exam with lots of questions.
  2. Drag and drop to update the questions' order.
  3. Go to this exam page on Judge-girl web, will find the question's order doesn't update.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Judge-girl Web and CMS should see the same question order.
