There have been a few workers that have complained to the salary amount for each term.
I want to keep everyone happy so:

Figure out costs for current DWG configuration (this should be repeated at least every quarter, or updated at every hiring)
ensure that every worker operates at at least 100USD margin, in order to do so I need to add a bonus for some geo-locations (that are effectively more expensive than others like India and Brazil)
