海外服务器是指的代理吧，获得代理的方式有很多种，并不一定要搭建海外服务器，这里不便细说，我们是需要代理去注册OpenAI账号的，然后得到API key，具体如何获得ChatGPT API key，可以百度；同时，目前访问API key也需要代理了，即当你部署后也需要代理才能得到问答结果。
