Add pre commiter to project.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add e.g husky with commitlint, which check commit messages and pre-commiter run eslint and prettier before commit.

I will try to implement it, but closer to saturday, cause i'm busy right now :)

With that i also add scripts for eslint and prettier in package,json
