disqus 9. advanced - global shortcodes

For now, there are 2 global shortcodes

1. {DISQUS_COMMENTS}
this shortcode was used for loading disqus discussion together with default core comment system. Not use it if you don't know what you are doing. And it ignores comment settings for item itself.

2. {DISQUS_NEWSCOMMENTCOUNT}
   Shortcode used for displaying comment from discuss the system.
