[BUG] 500 code error after trying to edit a form

Describe the bug
When I try to edit a newly created form, save the AI generated form or edit a template, I get a 404 screen with the message: "Whoops, something went wrong (500)"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new post, or editing a template
2. Edit any field, text, or configuration
3. Save the changes
4. The error page show up

Expected behavior
To save my changes
