JServices which don't get fetched during component initialization weren't getting initialized during JApplication::Initialize()
JServices didn't have their typename set
JOmniFactory error message incorrectly printed 'input' instead of 'output'
The JWiringService excepted during Init() because it expected a wiring file to be present
