video output cutting out and random fps drops

Describe the bug

1. Randomly while having it in background the fps in any game will drop to cca 20 and stay like that until I open the app and click "peformance".
2. Randomly while having it in background the video output will cut out and keyboard & mouse will stop responding and tunr off

To Reproduce

1. Play a game with it running on background.

Expected behavior
Not dropping fps or cuttion out video or if not that at least make it fix if self.

Additional context
Havent dont any overtclocking, just clicked peformance.
