As specified - JGAntunes/pulsarcast#28 - when the topic descriptor supports custom event linking, the events should be linked by the application itself. We need:

  • publish() method must allow a parent option and ensure its presence if the topic descriptor has custom event linking
  • ensure the parent event exists and it's under same topic
  • store the newly created event with the parent link
