At some point we had a huge collection of entries (40,000 !) in ICE but then changed our mind and decided to remove it all. However they still make our database bigger and they seem to still be processed by the lucene indexing (I am not sure, but it looks like it loops over all entries, even trashed ones) which makes it very slow.
Is there any way to permanently remove selected entries after they have been trashed, to have the indexing ignore them completely ?
