Feature request: parts subfolders

Hi there and thank you a very useful software,

Is there any plan to allow to define parts subfolders ? If not, how difficult would that be, and would you be interested by a contribution ? Our ICE repository is starting to have a lot of folders, all at the root, making it difficult to navigate.

This feature has been on my plate for a while now. The challenge involved will mostly be UI design and interaction. There is already some limited support on the backend for it. If you want to take it on you can, but I will not be able to provide much help for a while. If not I hope to get to implementing it in the next couple of months.
