cannot create account

Hello,
I cannot create a user account for ICE (error message). It is possible that I already have one, but I do not remember my user name.

Hi @sarahwegmueller - which instance of ICE (URL) are you using? We have private and public instances. You can only create user accounts (or reset passwords) in our public instances. https://public-registry.jbei.org for example is public whereas https://registry.jbei.org is private
