As for populating the student, I assume their parents already took care of adding the student to the population. If you’re unsure of how that process works, perhaps consult with your parents, or in a pinch, some biology texts.
As for their phone number? Ma Bell (or its equivalent in your jurisdiction) assigns that. That’s likely “populated” already as well.

your sum-2 = 0+ (-2)+4 + (-4)+6 + (-6)+8 +….. => infinity (by your logic)

Here, I just reminded the OP that programming involves using what you already know. Quoting the original in its entirety:
