Problem selling in Auctionhelper. #44

I try selling item to ah using auctionhelper but it return.
'AH Error: Click auction counter or use /ah to initialize sales.'

I open ah and even stand infront of it.
Bidding is no problem.

here is what I type.
//sell Silver Ignot 0 1000

Can someone please help
